People who have no teeth at all and have never used a full denture, as well as those who are losing a front tooth, have more difficulties.
The “teeth in a day” technique is a term used to describe the technique of immediate loading of dental implants.
Immediate loading means that the day the implant is placed, the tooth over it is also placed.
It is a technique that requires the implant to be very stable when it is placed.
It is possible when there is a sufficient amount and good quality of bone and is decided at the time of implant placement after measuring the stability of the implant in the bone.
With immediate loading, we can place a temporary restoration on aν anterior tooth so you don’t have to wear another temporary restoration.
If all your teeth are missing, we can also place the implants and fabricate a fixed temporary prosthesis on them.
When osseointegration is complete, the prosthetic work will be replaced by the permanent work.

Once the implants have been placed, there is usually a waiting period for osseointegration.
In the lower jaw the waiting time is about 2-3 months due to the better quality of the bone available, while in the upper jaw the waiting time is about 3-4 months.
During this time you will use a temporary prosthesis, which may be a full denture if you are missing all of your teeth, or a removable prosthesis if you are missing one tooth.

Is immediate loading suitable for me?
The immediate loading technique requires a careful treatment plan and proper case selection. It significantly reduces treatment time and is therefore attractive to many of our patients.
We will need to examine you carefully to decide whether you are suitable for the immediate loading technique.

What is the immediate placement of an implant?
Immediate placement differs from immediate loading.
With immediate placement, the implant is placed at the same time that the tooth is extracted.
